Shipping Policy
At Luxenvi, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.
All orders are shipped using trusted courier services operating within Spain and internationally, including providers such as Correos, Correos Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, SEUR, MRW, or other reliable shipping partners, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods such as holidays, promotional events, product launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays.
Shipping Within Spain
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all regular-priced orders over €100 (before taxes and shipping fees).
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within mainland Spain is:
2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and destination.
International Shipping
Luxenvi ships to selected international destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination country.
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Luxenvi has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking number
- Courier information
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking information provided.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or is missing items, please contact support@luxenvi.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- the parcel,
- the shipping label,
- the damaged product(s),
- the packaging.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and assist you wherever reasonably possible.
Where available, customers may choose optional shipping protection during checkout for additional coverage against loss, theft, or accidental damage during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Luxenvi cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather,
- customs inspections,
- transport disruptions,
- strikes,
- public holidays,
- natural disasters,
- courier operational delays.
Luxenvi shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Courier Service Disruptions
In the event of courier strikes, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, or other service disruptions affecting shipping providers, deliveries may experience delays.
Orders that have already been handed to the courier remain under the responsibility of the shipping provider during transit.
Luxenvi will continue to assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues wherever reasonably possible.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without legal justification or fails to collect a parcel from the courier, the package may be returned to Luxenvi.
Any return shipping costs, customs charges, or re-shipping fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Pricing & Shipping Policy
- We do not offer price matching on promotional or discounted products.
- If a regular-priced product is reduced within 24 hours of purchase, customers may request a price adjustment.
- Free shipping applies only to qualifying regular-priced orders over €100 before taxes.
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on destination and shipping method.
- Promotional shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
