Price Match Policy

At this time, we do not offer price matching or price adjustments on products that are already on sale or purchased during promotional periods.

If the price of a regular-priced item is reduced within 24 hours of your purchase, you may contact us to request a price adjustment. The difference will be issued as store credit at our discretion.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over €100 (before taxes and shipping charges). Exclusions may apply.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish and European Union consumer protection laws, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, or other sealed items once opened) may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by law.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts not caused by us, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by law.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

If exchanging for an item of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

If exchanging for an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be refunded or issued as store credit, depending on the customer's preference and applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with Spanish consumer law. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an equivalent store credit or gift credit may be issued upon approval of the return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • We are otherwise required by law to cover the return costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please package all returned products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
